Terms and Conditions
The Referee must be a new merchant joining “ThePlace” for the first time.
The Referrer shall send an email to enquiry@theplace.shop after the new merchant has successfully registered and paid the annual fee using the referral code. Referrer shall specify "ThePlace" Referral Program Rebate in the email subject and include (1) referrer’s HKTVmall or “ThePlace" store ID, (2) referrer’s company name listed on Business Registration Certificate (BR), and (3) referee’s company name listed on Business Registration Certificate (BR).
Company BR, Payment Bank Account and Contact Person must be different between the Referrer and the Referee.
Cash Rebate will be granted to the Referrer in our payment cycle report (PCR).
If any fraudulent activities are involved, the contracts between HKTVmall and the Referrer / Referee may be terminated.
In the case of any disputes, HKTVmall reserves the right of final decision.
